Renewable Energy
Energy research is mostly work on processes that do not have equipment yet. Carbon recycling, hydrogen trials and sustainable fluid processes tend to need a vessel that can be watched, instrumented and then changed again next month.
What this work needs
Our renewable-energy work has been research rather than production, and research asks different things of a vessel.

If the equipment does not exist yet, describe the conditions and what you need to observe.
Request a quoteAs the controlled environment the process runs in. SR-TEK transparent vessels have been supplied for carbon recycling research, where being able to observe the fluid under pressure is part of the measurement rather than a convenience — there is a case study on this page.
Hydrogen is a demanding gas and the answer depends on pressure, temperature and the materials in contact with it, so it is not something to answer generically. Send us the conditions and the intended duty and our engineering team will say what is and is not suitable.
Because the thing being studied is usually visible: gas evolution, phase separation, how a suspension behaves under pressure. A clear cylinder makes those observable during the run, instead of reconstructed afterwards from instrument traces.
