The SR-TEK consumable fluidic range covers the parts between your pump, your vessel and your process: compression fittings for flexible and rigid plastic tubing, manual ball and needle valves, 2-way solenoid valves for water, air and aggressive media, and LDPE and PTFE tubing. Every fitting is moulded in one material for consistent chemical compatibility, and assembles by hand.

Compression fittings
CHOOSE THE NUT.SET THE PRESSURE.
Every SR-TEK compression fitting is supplied with its nut. The nut style is the last letter group of the part number, and it decides which tubing the fitting grips and how much pressure it holds.
Part number system

Fluidic components FAQ
TECHNICALQUESTIONS.
Which nut style should I choose?
Use the O ferrule nut for soft plastic tubing on low-pressure lines up to 50 psi (3.4 bar). Use the PG plastic gripper nut for plastic tubing up to 220 psi (15.2 bar). Use the SG stainless steel gripper nut for hard, smooth-surfaced tubing such as copper or aluminium, also up to 220 psi.
Which material suits aggressive chemicals?
PVDF fittings and PTFE tubing give the widest chemical resistance in the range. For valve control of aggressive fluids, use the PTFE-body solenoid valves with Viton seals. Send us your fluid's datasheet and we will check compatibility before you order.
Do the fittings need tools to assemble?
No. The fittings assemble by hand: push the tube in and tighten the nut. The bore is full-section to keep pressure drop low.
Are BSPT threads available?
NPT is standard. BSP (GAS) threads are optional, and a 3/8" BSPT male connector is listed as standard. Ask when you request a quote.
How are the parts packed?
Compression fittings come in packs of 10 with nuts included. Ball, plug and needle valves come in packs of 2. Solenoid valves are sold individually and tubing is sold by the metre.
