LT Series

Lightweight Pressure Vessels

Stainless steel 304 (LTSS 316), 3.8–60 L, 0.5–6.9 bar.

Capacity
3.8–60 litres
Max working pressure
0.5–6.9 bar
Material
304 stainless (LTSS: 316)

The LT Series lightweight pressure vessels are built for larger volumes and production support, where capacity and stability matter more than a compact footprint. Manufactured in 304 stainless steel — or 316 in the LTSS variant — they suit food, medical and pharmaceutical environments as well as general production.

Why the LT Series

MORE VOLUME. LESS WEIGHT.

Six capacities from 3.8 to 60 litres cover everything from a mobile service rig to a production feed, without the mass of a heavy-wall vessel.

  1. Built for larger volumes

Capacities from 3.8 to 60 litres support production feed and longer runs between refills.

  2. Lighter to move and mount

The lightweight construction keeps larger capacities practical to handle, reposition and mount on a rig.

  3. Food, medical and pharmaceutical ready

304 stainless steel as standard, with 316 available as the LTSS variant for more demanding fluid compatibility.

  4. Controlled working pressure

Rated from 0.5 to 6.9 bar, so the same vessel covers gentle transfer and firmer dispensing.

  5. Flexible configuration

Vessels accept additional ports, agitators and level sensors to match your existing system.

Ideal applications

ENGINEERED FORPRODUCTION VOLUME.

Lightweight pressure vessel FAQ

TECHNICALQUESTIONS.

  • What are LT Series lightweight pressure vessels used for?

LT Series vessels are used where capacity and stability matter more than a compact footprint: production support, bulk transfer between process steps, and longer dispensing runs that would empty a smaller vessel too quickly. Their stainless construction also suits food, medical and pharmaceutical environments.

  • What capacities and pressure ratings does the LT Series offer?

Six capacities are available — 3.8, 7.6, 11.4, 19, 37.8 and 60 litres — with a working pressure range of 0.5 to 6.9 bar. That range covers both gentle transfer and firmer pressurised dispensing from the same vessel.

  • What is the difference between LT and LTSS models?

The difference is the steel. LT vessels are manufactured in 304 stainless steel, which covers most production and transfer duties. LTSS vessels use 316 stainless steel, which offers higher resistance to chlorides and aggressive media — the usual choice for demanding food, medical and pharmaceutical fluids.

  • What temperature range are LT Series vessels designed for?

LT Series vessels are designed for operation between 4 and 38 °C. If your process runs outside that window, send us the details and our engineering team will confirm whether a different series or configuration is the right fit.
