Pressure Reactor
Stainless steel 304 (316 optional), 1–2 L, full vacuum to 15 bar.
The SR-TEK Pressure Reactor is a robust pressure vessel for applications that need both absolute vacuum and high positive pressure. Engineered for laboratory and heavy-duty industrial use, it suits pressurised reactions, fluid containment under pressure, degassing under vacuum and testing in controlled environments.

Operating envelope
One vessel covers both ends of the range — from absolute vacuum for degassing to 15 bar for pressurised reactions — more than twice the pressure of a standard compact vessel.

Technical data
Safe to 15 bar provided all fittings are pressure-rated and correctly installed, relief valves and gauges are used where applicable, and the unit stays within 4–40 °C. Always depressurise the vessel fully before opening.

Pressure reactor FAQ
The reactor is rated from −1 bar (full vacuum) up to 15 bar, within an operating temperature of 4 to 40 °C. It is safe to 15 bar provided all fittings are pressure-rated and correctly installed and relief valves and gauges are used where applicable. Always depressurise the vessel fully before opening it.
Yes. The reactor is built from 304 stainless steel as standard, and 316 is available as an option when your chemistry needs higher corrosion resistance. Seal materials other than the standard FKM O-ring can also be supplied on request.
For work that needs a sealed volume under controlled pressure or vacuum: pressurised chemical reactions, holding fluids under pressure, degassing under vacuum and testing in controlled environments. The 1 and 2 litre volumes suit the lab bench and pilot work, and the stainless construction also stands up to heavy-duty industrial use.
