Die SR-TEK-Verbrauchsmaterialreihe für die Fluidik umfasst die Teile zwischen Pumpe, Behälter und Prozess: Klemmverschraubungen für flexible und starre Kunststoffschläuche, Hand-Kugel- und Nadelventile, 2-Wege-Magnetventile für Wasser, Luft und aggressive Medien sowie Schläuche aus LDPE und PTFE. Jedes Fitting ist aus einem einzigen Werkstoff gespritzt, sorgt für gleichbleibende chemische Beständigkeit und lässt sich von Hand montieren.

Klemmverschraubungen

DIE MUTTER WÄHLEN.DEN DRUCK FESTLEGEN.

Jede SR-TEK-Klemmverschraubung wird mit ihrer Mutter geliefert. Die Mutterform ist die letzte Buchstabengruppe der Artikelnummer; sie bestimmt, welchen Schlauch die Verschraubung greift und welchen Druck sie hält.

Artikelnummern von Verschraubungen bestehen aus sechs Feldern in dieser Reihenfolge. Beispiel: ein Polypropylen-Außengewinde-Verbinder für Schlauch mit 1/4" Außendurchmesser, 1/8" NPT-Gewinde, Kunststoff-Greifmutter, Packung mit 10 Stück.

  • Welche Mutterform soll ich wählen?

    Verwenden Sie die O-Hülsenmutter für weichen Kunststoffschlauch in Niederdruckleitungen bis 50 psi (3,4 bar). Verwenden Sie die PG-Kunststoff-Greifmutter für Kunststoffschlauch bis 220 psi (15,2 bar). Verwenden Sie die SG-Edelstahl-Greifmutter für harte Schläuche mit glatter Oberfläche wie Kupfer oder Aluminium, ebenfalls bis 220 psi.

  • Welcher Werkstoff eignet sich für aggressive Chemikalien?

    PVDF-Fittings und PTFE-Schläuche bieten die breiteste chemische Beständigkeit im Sortiment. Zur Ventilsteuerung aggressiver Fluide verwenden Sie die Magnetventile mit PTFE-Gehäuse und Viton-Dichtungen. Senden Sie uns das Datenblatt Ihres Fluids, dann prüfen wir die Verträglichkeit vor Ihrer Bestellung.

  • Benötigen die Fittings Werkzeug zur Montage?

    Nein. Die Fittings werden von Hand montiert: Schlauch einschieben und die Mutter festziehen. Die Bohrung hat den vollen Querschnitt, damit der Druckverlust gering bleibt.

  • Sind BSPT-Gewinde erhältlich?

    NPT ist Standard. BSP-(GAS-)Gewinde sind optional, und ein 3/8"-BSPT-Außengewinde-Verbinder ist als Standard gelistet. Fragen Sie bei Ihrer Angebotsanfrage danach.

  • Wie sind die Teile verpackt?

    Klemmverschraubungen werden in Packungen mit 10 Stück inklusive Muttern geliefert. Kugel-, Hahn- und Nadelventile kommen in Packungen mit 2 Stück. Magnetventile werden einzeln verkauft, Schläuche als Meterware.
