Pressure vessel applications
The 500ml-CT transparent pressure vessel is the ideal solution for laboratory, testing, and small-scale dispensing applications where direct fluid visibility and precise, controlled pressure supply are essential.
IP and ingress protection testing: The perfect vessel for IP rating test benches, delivering a stable and controlled pressurized fluid supply while the transparent cylinder provides instant visual confirmation of fluid levels throughout every test cycle.
Immersion and submersion testing: Specifically suited for immersion test setups that require a compact, reliable pressure source, allowing operators to monitor fluid levels at a glance and maintain consistent test conditions.
Laboratory and research fluid dispensing: An ideal bench-top pressure vessel for R&D and quality control environments requiring precise, repeatable dispensing of small fluid volumes — from reagents and solvents to specialty chemicals — with full real-time process visibility.
Adhesive, resin, and ink supply systems: Well-suited for small-batch or prototype-stage dispensing of adhesives, UV resins, and inks, where monitoring fluid behavior and level under pressure is critical to consistent output quality.
Paint and coating dispensing processes: Designed for pilot-scale coating and painting applications that demand a steady, observable fluid supply, enabling operators to verify flow conditions and levels before scaling to production.
Pilot-scale chemical processing and testing: Excellent for process validation trials and scale-up development, giving engineers and chemists direct visibility into fluid dynamics and pressure performance in a compact, chemically resistant vessel.

CT Series Refurbishment Program
To ensure the continued safety, reliability, and performance of SR-TEK transparent pressure vessels, we are introducing a refurbishment program for all tanks supplied 5 years or more ago. Over time, tubes may develop signs of stress or fatigue due to repeated pressure cycles.
Scope of Refurbishment:
- Visual & Mechanical Inspection: Comprehensive check for crazing, stress marks, cracks, or fatigue on transparent tubes and flanges.
- Component Replacement: Acrylic or polycarbonate tubes are replaced with new, factory-approved tubes. All O-rings and gaskets are replaced with new seals.
- Pressure Testing: Both low and high-pressure leak tests are performed to verify the integrity of the seals and assembly.
- Certification: The tank is returned with a refurbishment certificate, inspection report, and recommended future service intervals.
Process & Contact:
The typical turnaround time is 2 weeks. To schedule a refurbishment or receive an RMA number, please contact us:
