Pressure vessel applications
The 1000cl-CT transparent pressure vessel is engineered for high-volume production and industrial-scale dispensing applications where uninterrupted fluid supply, direct process visibility, and controlled pressure performance are all equally critical.
High-volume IP and ingress protection testing: The definitive vessel for demanding production-line IP test stations requiring maximum fluid reserve, delivering continuous pressurized supply across long, back-to-back test cycles while the transparent cylinder provides real-time fluid level monitoring at all times.
Industrial-scale immersion testing: Designed for high-throughput immersion test setups running extended or simultaneous test sequences, where the largest CT-Series reservoir minimizes refill interruptions while maintaining full operator visibility of fluid conditions throughout.
Production-scale fluid dispensing: The ideal pressure source for automated or semi-automated dispensing lines requiring a large, stable fluid reserve — from process chemicals and solvents to specialty reagents — with continuous visual confirmation of supply levels across full production shifts.
Multi-station adhesive, resin, and ink supply: Built to simultaneously feed multiple dispensing heads or stations with adhesives, UV resins, and inks, where maximum volume ensures uninterrupted output and the transparent body enables instant detection of air ingestion or sediment before it affects production quality.
Continuous paint and coating operations: Engineered for production coating lines demanding a steady, high-volume fluid supply, allowing operators to monitor fluid consistency and levels directly without halting the line for inspection or refilling.
Industrial chemical processing and scale-up validation: The ultimate CT-Series vessel for bridging pilot-scale testing and full production, offering engineers maximum capacity in a fully transparent, chemically resistant vessel for validating process parameters under real industrial operating conditions.

CT Series Refurbishment Program
To ensure the continued safety, reliability, and performance of SR-TEK transparent pressure vessels, we are introducing a refurbishment program for all tanks supplied 5 years or more ago. Over time, tubes may develop signs of stress or fatigue due to repeated pressure cycles.
Scope of Refurbishment:
- Visual & Mechanical Inspection: Comprehensive check for crazing, stress marks, cracks, or fatigue on transparent tubes and flanges.
- Component Replacement: Acrylic or polycarbonate tubes are replaced with new, factory-approved tubes. All O-rings and gaskets are replaced with new seals.
- Pressure Testing: Both low and high-pressure leak tests are performed to verify the integrity of the seals and assembly.
- Certification: The tank is returned with a refurbishment certificate, inspection report, and recommended future service intervals.
Process & Contact:
The typical turnaround time is 2 weeks. To schedule a refurbishment or receive an RMA number, please contact us:
