Certain technical information about customers and visitors of website such as IP address, browser type, operating system type, approximate location, etc. can be automatically retrieved and collected from our site.

Customer’s personal data is collected for 5 years if the customer does not request their deletion earlier. (see on point 4. of this Principles: How can I edit or erase personal information?

Personal data of customers and visitors of website are stored centrally on servers located in the territory of the Czech Republic, which is a member of the European Union. SR-TEK undertakes to provide the protection of the processed personal data technically and organizationally in such way that unauthorized or accidental access, modification, destruction or loss of data, unauthorized transmissions, any other unauthorized processing, as well as other misuse cannot occur. SR-TEK also ensures that all personal data controller obligations resulting from the law are personally and organizationally secured continuously throughout the processing of the data.

All personal data that the customer provides in connection with the provision of services are processed by an automatically secured electronic system. In terms of organizational security, we protect data from unauthorized access by third parties, in particular through limited access to the database and personal data accessed only by persons trained in the field of personal data protection and bound by the obligation of confidentiality.

If the customer wants to completely delete the entire account and the history of all conversations, just write an email at technical@sr-tek.com. The process of deleting an account is irreversible and is performed only at the request of the customer. The customer may be prompted to verify the ownership of the account according to the information entered at the time of registration.

If the customer requests specific personal information about his person, he can send the application to technical@sr-tek.com. The customer may be asked to prove his identity to verify that the personal data relate to his or her person.

SR-TEK collects and manages the email addresses of users obtained in connection with the provision of services. The e-mail addresses obtained in this way, irrespective of their nature, are considered to be the electronic contact address obtained in connection with the sale of a product or service within the meaning of Section 7 (3) of Act No. 480/2000 Sb., on certain information society services and SR-TEK is authorized to use these for the purposes of disseminating business communication relating to its own similar products or services.

SR-TEK is required to provide the user with the option of refusing to send any further commercial communications to the email address that he has entered, in any sales note. Rejecting a further message is free for customers, except for Internet and data transmission costs.

SR-TEK reserves the right to modify these Principles and General Terms and Conditions without prior notice. The current version of the General Terms of Business and Privacy Policy is always available at https://smartreservoirs.com/ 

The Customer agrees to these Principles by checking the consent via the online form. By signing the consent, the customer expresses his/her willingness to read these terms, agree with them and accepts them in their entirety.

Relationships not expressly governed by these Principles are governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Regulation on the protection of personal data) and the law of the Czech Republic.

These Principles become effective on 25.5.2018.
